Many of these professional  tipsters / handicappers are professional sports gamblers and simply do not release their personal information to the public at all. Those handicappers that do, generally only release limited information and will often charge in excess of US$1000 per week for the privilege - meaning it is out of reach for the average person and still very expensive for the semi professional.

​We are a consolidator, aggregators and analyser of sports information only. We do not provide our own handicapping or tipping services per se. We are effectively acting as an intermediary and re-seller of information - whilst overlaying our specialised approach and system. 

​We do however try to carefully, and almost forensically, analyse the information we receive from our handicappers and apply our own diligence and unique systems to the information to ensure the highest quality information is sent to our players. For instance, we closely monitor our handicappers suggested unit values for their recommended plays and modify these unit values to better align with our players bank role protection and our money management system. If you think about it, if we didn't do this, we would run the risk of sending so many plays on a given day from our stable of handicappers or tipsters to our players, that their bank roll couldn't cope! Instead, we critical analyse all the plays and only provide those plays that satisfy our criteria (and at the same time having appropriate regard to our players bank rolls).

Another example of the specialised analysis that the highly experienced WSB team undertakes , is that we carefully review all recommended bets provided to ensure they don't set off any 'alarm bells'. As we mentioned, we have been exposed to this industry for a very long time. We have a strong sense for these things. We can  generally see these 'alarm bell' plays from a mile away. For instance, occasionally our strict review criteria will result in some bets being ruled out completely, if that bets seems to be a "chasing bet" - i.e a handicapper chasing a loss on a given day. These handicappers may be employing a different unit risk and money management system to our recommended system. Chasing losses is not part of our strategy and where we identify it, we will rule this out and protect our players by not sending such a bet. The reason being, is that we know from the outset, that there will some times be losing days. We are prepared to take these loss days in our stride. Our  goal is to be profitable on an ongoing basis.

​At WSB, we don't want to blow up our players (or our) bank rolls by chasing losing bets. Our time frame outlook is different to this. As you will hear us continuously say, this is not a get rich over night scheme. We advise our players that they need to run this as if it were a business. A fun business , but a business all the same!!

How many plays per day?

At Whooshka Sports Betting our goal is to win. And win regularly.

​Accordingly, we play to win, we DON"T play simply for action.

​We also look to partner with handicappers who appear to share our philosophy in this regard. Some tipping services, give out plays everyday. We do not believe this can be a long term winning strategy. 

​As such, some days there may be 8-10 plays, some days only 1 or 2 plays, and occasionally no plays at all.

​Sometimes the best bet you can make is to protect your bank and don't bet at all. It is about money management and continuing to gradually build up your bank and therefore your winnings. 

​Accordingly, if you are interested in plays everyday, then our offering may not be for you. Our game is to play to win.

​Time Frame

​This is a fantastic opportunity - but it is not a magical get rich overnight scheme. They don't exist anywhere! You need to take a realistic view as to time frame with WSB. For instance, you need to commit to a reasonable period of time before throwing in the towel.

Why? Because this is gambling.

​There will be days when we lose and days when we win. We may lose a couple of days in a row. Hence the need to properly manage your bank roll and strictly follow our unit scheme.

​To this extent, a one weekend or a one week time frame is too short. We could win or we could lose that day. We cant predict that. That is like trying to predict the stock market on a given day. It's impossible. The stock market may have losing days, weeks or months - but we all expect that over a longer period it will rise.

​That is a similar approach that you have to take to WSB.

​Depending on when you join you could join a winning day or join on a losing day. That is just the luck of the draw. However, our aim is to at least win weekly - and if not weekly we try and win the majority of weeks in every month. Whilst, we try and win every week, there will inevitable be winning weeks and losing weeks. We try and maximise our winning weeks.

​It is important to note, that there will occasionally be losing months - although we try and minimise these obviously. However, our strong expectation is that we would always be in net profit after at least 3 month window. Our annual goal is to win 9 or 10 months out of 12 months. If that is achieved, our expectation is significant annual profit for our players.

​Be patient - stick to the process and the system.

​Our base level goal is to achieve at least between 25-50 units of profit per month on average (more where we can!!). Some months we will do this easy and win much more than this. However, realistically some months we won't achieve this and may lose some units.

​Nevertheless, if we continue to be disciplined and strictly manage our money by following our recommended money management strategy, our players can ride out these losing days and gain much more on the upside. If we achieve our monthly goal average, this will amount to annual profit of between 300-600 units profit per year.

​For players, who are working with $50 units, that is gross profit of between $15,000-$30,000. Now doesn't that sound good!

​That said, we can give no guarantees that these returns will be achieved . Betting involves risk. It is gambling after all. However, rest assured, that given we generally are playing the same plays as our players, it is in our best interest to work our backsides off to endeavour to achieve this. If you win, so will we!!!

Daily email will state what our pick is and have a “unit” value attached to it. For example, “NFLNew York Giants Money Line/ML (@$1.90)”
 This translates as place a 5 unit bet, in the NFL on the New York Giants at the money line (money line means head to head) - expected price will be around $1.90. We express all our bet odds using the decimal format or odds display. For our players in other jurisdictions, not familiar with the decimal odds display it is simple. The price $1.90 means for every $1 you bet, you will receive $1.90 returned if the bet is successful. E.g - if you place $100 bet at the $1.90 you will collect $190 should the bet be successful. That equates to a $90 profit after the return of your initial investment.

Picks are usually sent in the hour before the start of the game, giving you plenty of time to place your bets.

What are the Packages?

WSB consults for players all over the world utilising the information we are able to access via our relationships with professional sports handicappers. The packages can vary but are typically for NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NCAAB, MLB, NHL, Cricket, NRL and AFL.

Do I need a Sports betting background?

No. We endeavour to make this as simple as possible. The emails containing the plays make it very clear what to do. If you can read an email, access a computer, smart phone/tablet or make a phone call, you can do this. It is as simple as following emailed instructions. Women who have never bet on sports in their life, and know nothing about the sport, often make the most money - as the simply follow the instructions to the letter.

Do the people behind WSB bet the plays as well?

Absolutely. We love it! Accordingly, when we win, we win with you, and if we lose we also share the pain as well. Hence, our focus on constantly reviewing and monitoring the performance of our sports handicappers. If they should drop the ball, we lose. If the poor performance continues beyond what we consider a reasonable periods of outs, we will replace them with another handicapper whose performance  warrants inclusion in our stable of handicappers.

How do I receive the tips?

All the plays will be sent out via email. The email will clearly specify the bet, the bet type, the selected team (s), any margin and the suggested amount of any bet.

Does WSB ever modify the handicappers bets before sending out to players?

Sometimes yes. This is often due to time zone difference, movements of betting lines with the sports books, conflicting bets from our stable of sports handicappers etc. We try to minimise any modification at our end. However, sometimes it is necessary in an effort to produce better results for our players. To this extent, at all times we maintain our discretion to modify a bet where we genuinely believe it to be in the best interest of our players. Where such a modification is necessary, we endeavour to never take a riskier position than what our handicappers have suggested. We would prefer to take a little less return for a little less risk.  In situations where we obtain conflicting bets from our stable of handicappers, we will determine whether to not put forward that bet at all to our players. Occasionally, we may elect to proceed with the bet from the handicapper who we (in our opinion) feel is the 'hottest' right now in that particular sport or generally.

Are there any guarantees or refunds etc?

There are no guarantees, credits or refunds. This is gambling after all. Whilst we at WSB do all we can to give our players the best chance of success, sometimes the punting gods are not kind and losses will sometimes occur. Our goal is by accessing some of the best professional information available, we limit any losses and create a second source of income for our players. You can however cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing period.

Can I split the package with a friend?

Yes. WSB is happy for you to nominate one friend up front who you want to split the package with. However, you are not permitted to resell or distribute WSB's picks.  This would be a breach of the arrangements we have with the sports handicappers.

WSB has processes and procedures in place to detect such resale. Should you resell or redistribute the tips without permission you will be terminated with no right for refund. You will also be permanently black banned - missing out on the opportunity to share in the spoils of this offering.
